Plank - Strength Training - Strengthen Your Core and Upper Body

This training program is designed to help you increase your plank hold time to 4 minutes within 5 weeks of consistent practice.

The program consists of 4 days of training followed by a 3-day rest period. This strategic break allows your muscles to recover and develop effectively.

By focusing on intensive strength training in short periods of time, this program offers an efficient way to improve your fitness without risking injury.

Are you up for the challenge? Take part in this program and see yourself accomplishing a 4-minute plank hold after only 5 weeks of exercise.

In addition to plank training, this program also includes push-ups. You can start with as little as 1 push-up and gradually increase the number at your own pace.

Don't worry about interruptions during your workouts - Apple Music automatically resumes where it left off.
